Cancel anytime
- You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account at app.langsys.dev, or by emailing [email protected] from your account address. Cancelling turns off automatic renewal. We confirm every cancellation by email.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for; after that your account moves to the Free plan, and your projects and translations stay available to you.
- There are no cancellation fees.
Refunds
- Monthly plans: payments are non-refundable, and we do not refund partial months.
- Yearly plans: you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the first yearly payment or of a yearly renewal. After 14 days yearly payments are non-refundable, and your plan continues until the end of the paid year.
- Balance top-ups: unused balance that you added yourself can be refunded on request within 30 days of the top-up. Words included with your plan are not refundable.
- Failed translations: work that does not complete is refunded to your balance automatically. You are never charged more than you were quoted.
- Billing errors: if we charged you in error, for example a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled, we refund it in full.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
To ask for a refund, email [email protected] with your account email and the date of the charge. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually resolve it faster.
Delivery
- Langsys is a digital service delivered online at app.langsys.dev and through our API and SDKs. Access starts as soon as you sign up or your payment is confirmed; nothing is shipped physically.
- Machine translations usually complete within minutes of a run starting, and your apps receive them at runtime without a redeploy.
